1. What is your mentoring program and how does it work?
The Craft Business Buddy mentoring program consists of a sequence of structured, easy-to-follow eclasses that take you step-by-step through the process of opening your own craft business. It is not a "here is lots of information – now figure out what to do with it yourself" program.
If you join our program and apply the information we share within each eclass, you will very quickly be on your way to building the craft business of your dreams.
2. How long does the program last?
There are many aspects to opening your own craft business. We begin by stepping you through the crucial early decisions to help you get started on the right foot. Our program is designed to have you up and running in a few short weeks. However, from there, we won’t leave you stranded. We will continue to hold your hand through the early months of marketing your new business and building up your clientele. We want you to have the very best chance of success.
3. How long does each eclass take to go through?
Our program is designed so that if you are working full time or are busy raising a family, you will still have time to complete one eclass each week. However, if you fall behind, it doesn’t matter as you will still have access to the information and can work at your own pace.
4. How long do I have to sign up for?
You can stay a member of our program for as long as you want. You will receive a new eclass each and every week for as long as you are a member. If they find you are no longer valuable to you, just let us know and we will unsubscribe you.
5. What do I have to do if I want to stop my mentoring program membership?
You can stop your membership at any time. All you have to do if you want to cancel is send us an email to let us know and we will promptly cancel your subscription. Or you can visit the "Members Page" and cancel your subscription for there. By cancelling your subscription, your credit card will also stop being charged.
6. How do I pay the monthly subscription?
Your monthly subscription amount will be deducted automatically from your chosen credit card or Paypal.
7. How secure is your payment processing?
We use third party secure payment processor with an SSL certificate to ensure your payments are made using a secure, encrypted process.
8. Why do you need my email address?
We value your privacy and will never share your email address with any third party for any reason whatsoever, unless required by law. You will certainly not be subjected to spam as a result of your Craft Business Buddy membership.
We will use your email address to send you your eclasses. Each week, you will receive an email from us with a link to your next class. Also, any member’s announcements will be sent to you through email so you don’t miss out on anything.
9. Can I suspend classes and then resume?
Unfortunately our system does not facilitate suspending classes. We are unable to stop them and then restart them at a later date. However, as long as your membership is current, your eclasses will not expire and you can simply pick them up again where you left off and work through them at your own pace.
