1.How do I pay for my monthly subscription?

Your monthly subscription amount will be deducted automatically from your chosen credit card or Paypal.

2.How secure is your payment processing?

We use third party secure payment processor with an SSL certificate to ensure your payments are made using a secure, encrypted process.

3.How long do I have to sign up for?

You can stay a member of our program for as long as you want. You will receive a new eclass each and every week for as long as you are a member. If they find you are no longer valuable to you, just let us know and we will unsubscribe you.

4.How long does each eclass take to go through?

Our program is designed so that if you are working full time or are busy raising a family, you will still have time to complete one eclass each week. However, if you fall behind, it doesn’t matter as you will still have access to the information and can work at your own pace.

5.How do I cancel my membership?

You can stop your membership at any time. Please visit the "Members Page" and cancel your subscription from there. Please keep in mind that clicking the unsubscribe link in an email does not cancel your membership – it only unsubscribes you from our emails. You will still need to login here in cancel your membership.

6.Can I suspend classes and then resume?

Unfortunately our system does not facilitate suspending classes. We are unable to stop them and then restart them at a later date. However, as long as your membership is current, your eclasses will not expire and you can simply pick them up again where you left off and work through them at your own pace.
